Your package will be delivered in 1-3 working days
Your Bone & Home package will be tracked
In order to confirm receipt, you will be asked to sign for your Bone & Home package upon delivery
Orders will be dispatched and delivered Monday to Friday
International Delivery
We are currently shipping small items internationally.
International delivery costs are calculated in the checkout, please add items to your basket and delivery price will be quoted.
If you don’t see a delivery option for your country please get in touch for a quote via: contact@boneandhome.com
-Please note there may be additional delivery charges if your postcode is classed as a remote area, if this is the case you will be informed before your order is dispatched
- Where any orders are placed on a weekend or bank holiday, orders will be dispatched the next working day

Returns
- We hope you will love our products, however, should you need to return a product please notify us within 14 days of the date of ordering the goods by emailing contact@boneandhome.com and you will be provided with our returns details
- Goods must be returned via a tracked service within 14 days of informing us of your intent to return
- Please note that all goods are to be returned in perfect condition unless faulty and return postage fees are to be paid for by the customer
- Please note, refunds will not include any postage costs incurred by returning the item
- Refunds will not be issued until goods have been received and inspected
