Product Care
The Sloane Settee
- As our beds contain dense stuffed cushions for superb comfort, occasionally parts of the bed may need plumping
- For light marks on the bed, please use a clean damp cloth to wipe away
- If you wish to wash the bed cover, the outer section and the inner cushion of the bed are removable by zip (do not wash inner stuffing)
- Please remove all inner cushion sections before washing
- Within the inner cushion, there is a quilted cover, please remove this from the cushion and place the covers that you would like to wash inside this quilted cover prior to placing in the washing machine
- Wash at 40 degrees, allow to dry naturally - do not tumble dry or iron

The Stockwell Settee & Lounger
- As our beds contain dense stuffed cushions for superb comfort, occasionally parts of the bed may need plumping
- As these products are crafted using the finest 100% Pure New Wool we recommend vacuuming to remove any loose surface dirt and a clean damp cloth to remove other blemishes and marks and allow to dry naturally
- These beds can also be dry cleaned - all outer covers are zipped and can be easily removed before dry cleaning
- Please remove all cushion sections
- As these products are crafted using the finest 100% Pure New Wool we recommend vacuuming to remove any loose surface dirt and a clean damp cloth to remove other blemishes and marks and allow to dry naturally

Wool Blankets
- As these blankets are crafted using the finest Lambswool and Angora (sustainably sourced from the Turkish Angora Goat), we recommend using a clean damp cloth to remove blemishes and marks and allow to dry naturally

The Cheltenham Collection
- The collars and leads in this collection are crafted from Saffiano leather and Nubuck backing
- When required, please wipe clean with a clean damp cloth and allow to dry naturally
- To freshen up, occasionally use a natural leather cleaner on the Saffiano (top leather), avoid contact with the Nubuck backing
- Although the leather and hardware used are durable, to keep the product looking its best, it is advised where possible to avoid exposure to water and dirt
- As leather is a natural material, blemishes and markings are expected and softening of the leather will occur over time and use
- When required, please wipe clean with a clean damp cloth and allow to dry naturally
- To freshen up, occasionally use a natural leather cleaner on the Saffiano (top leather), avoid contact with the Nubuck backing
